Afterwards, he was involved in the set-up of Belgian property developer ION and served as the right hand to the founding partners for over 8 years. During his time at ION, Arne was instrumental in driving the company’s remarkable growth, helping it reach around €500M in annual revenue and building a development pipeline of nearly €3 billion since its start in 2011.

Frédéric started in 2001 as an M&A lawyer at Baker & McKenzie, one of the leading global law firms. Afterwards he served as an Investment Director for the pan-European private equity fund Waterland for over 9 years. Waterland recently ranked 5th in the global HEC/Dow Jones Private Equity Performance Ranking and is mainly focused on consolidating fragmented markets through a buy-and-build strategy.
Prior to founding AMAVI, Frédéric was partner at Gilde Equity Management (GEM) for 5 years, a Benelux focused private equity firm with a broad sector focus, investing in the €20m - €200m enterprise value range. Frédéric set up the Belgian office for GEM and was responsible for deal sourcing, deal execution, portfolio management and exits.
Frédéric holds a Master’s degree in law from FUNDP Namur, Catholic University of Leuven and Erasmus Heidelberg (DE) (1995-2000). He also obtained an MBA at the Vlerick Business School (2000-2001) and a Postgraduate in Corporate Finance at the Catholic University of Leuven (2002-2003).

Additionally, Richard's expertise in real estate finance and transactions, gained during his tenure at Klövern AB, provides him with a solid foundation in understanding the intricacies of the industry.
Richard studied Business Administration at Lund University (2015) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technology - Real Estate & Finance – from the Royal Institute of Technology Stockholm (2016-2019).

He has over 12 years of experience working in the field, including as a Fund Administration Officer at Tribeca Fund Management, a Fund Controller at IH International Advisors, and an ALM Business Analyst at AXA Bank Europe. Throughout his career, Nasos has demonstrated a strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, treasury management and cash reconciliation procedures.

Andreas is a seasoned real estate professional with over 18 years of experience across the commercial property, SaaS, and investment sectors. He began his career in Swedish property intelligence, spending six years at Datscha, a market leader later acquired by MSCI in 2019.
Before establishing SF Ventures, Andreas was a partner at Stronghold Invest and founded Sweden’s leading recruitment and consultancy firm under the Newsec brand. Driven by a passion for supporting startups and driving innovation, he has also built a small angel investment portfolio. Additionally, Andreas founded AGV PropTech Hub, a prominent PropTech community in Stockholm.
Andreas holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Umeå Business School (2003-2006). He is also a trained graphical designer and holds numerous certificates in board management, sales and leadership.
Jonas is the founder and former CEO of team.blue, the European market leader in webhosting services and digital cloud solutions (currently active 13 countries).
He started hosting websites in his bedroom at the age of 16. Together with private equity partners Waterland and HG Capital, Jonas created a company of over 2.500 experts through a strong buy-and-build strategy (+80 M&A deals) in only 20 years time. The company now serves 2 million customers all over Europe, it has an annual turnover of +750M EUR and an estimated market value of 4,8 billion EUR. Team.blue is the second Belgian technology company to receive the ‘unicorn’ status.

Paul also serves as an independent director in many other companies. In 2016 he was appointed as Chairman of the Board at Deceuninck NV, a publicly listed building material producer on Euronext. Paul has a very elaborate network in various industries across Europe. He is a.o. an investor in (i) Furnibo, a dynamic and innovative Belgian construction company, (ii) Origis Energy, a solar power and energy usage solutions, active in Europe and the US and (iii) Noven, which designs, invests in & operates solutions that enable reductions in the energy bill and ecological footprint of buildings.

Afterwards he served as an Investment Director for the pan-European private equity fund Waterland for over 9 years. Waterland recently ranked 5th in the global HEC/Dow Jones Private Equity Performance Ranking and is mainly focused on consolidating fragmented markets through a buy-and-build strategy.
Prior to founding AMAVI, Frédéric was partner at Gilde Equity Management (GEM) for 5 years, a Benelux focused private equity firm with a broad sector focus, investing in the €20m - €200m enterprise value range. Frédéric set up the Belgian office for GEM and was responsible for deal sourcing, deal execution, portfolio management and exits.
Frédéric holds a Master’s degree in law from FUNDP Namur, Catholic University of Leuven and Erasmus Heidelberg (DE) (1995-2000). He also obtained an MBA at the Vlerick Business School (2000-2001) and a Postgraduate in Corporate Finance at the Catholic University of Leuven (2002-2003).

Richard, heading AMAVI’s Nordic office, is a dynamic and accomplished professional with a strong entrepreneurial background and a successful track record of launching and selling companies.
With his own venture experience, he has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that arise in building and scaling businesses. Additionally, Richard's expertise in real estate finance and transactions, gained during his tenure at Klövern AB, provides him with a solid foundation in understanding the intricacies of the industry.
Richard studied Business Administration at Lund University (2015) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technology - Real Estate & Finance – from the Royal Institute of Technology Stockholm (2016-2019).
Arno enjoys evaluating and executing investment opportunities with a keen sense of strategy and critical thinking. His appetite for knowledge and his proactive approach to solving challenges make him a vital part of the decision-making process, while his openness to collaboration ensures continuous growth and insightful discussions.
Prior to joining AMAVI, Arno worked in the business development team at property developer ION, where fast-paced analysis of investment opportunities and thorough decision making allowed the team to fully allocate the +€120M of equity from ION’s second development fund towards different development opportunities across the Benelux in two years time.
Arno holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering – University of Ghent (2013-2018) followed by a Master in General Management – Vlerick Business School (2018-2019), where he led several consultancy projects, including one for Katoen Natie in Houston, US.
Nasos is AMAVI’s Fund Administration Manager. His role is to take care of the fund related accounting and finance, and report on fund performance to our LPs.
He is a highly experienced and skilled professional with a strong background in fund administration and financial analysis. He has over 12 years of experience working in the field, including as a Fund Administration Officer at Tribeca Fund Management, a Fund Controller at IH International Advisors, and an ALM Business Analyst at AXA Bank Europe. Throughout his career, Nasos has demonstrated a strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, treasury management and cash reconciliation procedures.
Nasos holds a MSc in finance and economics from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
Andreas is a seasoned real estate professional with over 18 years of experience across the commercial property, SaaS, and investment sectors. He began his career in Swedish property intelligence, spending six years at Datscha, a market leader later acquired by MSCI in 2019.
Before establishing SF Ventures, Andreas was a partner at Stronghold Invest and founded Sweden’s leading recruitment and consultancy firm under the Newsec brand. Driven by a passion for supporting startups and driving innovation, he has also built a small angel investment portfolio. Additionally, Andreas founded AGV PropTech Hub, a prominent PropTech community in Stockholm.
Andreas holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Umeå Business School (2003-2006). He is also a trained graphical designer and holds numerous certificates in board management, sales and leadership.
Jonas is the founder and former CEO of team.blue, the European market leader in webhosting services and digital cloud solutions (currently active 13 countries).
He started hosting websites in his bedroom at the age of 16. Together with private equity partners Waterland and HG Capital, Jonas created a company of over 2.500 experts through a strong buy-and-build strategy (+80 M&A deals) in only 20 years time. The company now serves 2 million customers all over Europe, it has an annual turnover of +750M EUR and an estimated market value of 4,8 billion EUR. Team.blue is the second Belgian technology company to receive the ‘unicorn’ status.
Jonas is also active as an (direct and indirect) investor in several technology companies. He has a very elaborate network within the European technology scene.

Paul served as a co-CEO and director of the floor covering group Unilin from 1982 until 2005. After the sale of the company to the American group Mohawk, he became a serial entrepreneur and investor in several companies in a very broad range of industries (private equity, sustainable energy, executive search, marketing, real estate, etc.).
Paul also serves as an independent director in many other companies. In 2016 he was appointed as Chairman of the Board at Deceuninck NV, a publicly listed building material producer on Euronext. Paul has a very elaborate network in various industries across Europe. He is a.o. an investor in (i) Furnibo, a dynamic and innovative Belgian construction company, (ii) Origis Energy, a solar power and energy usage solutions, active in Europe and the US and (iii) Noven, which designs, invests in & operates solutions that enable reductions in the energy bill and ecological footprint of buildings.

Davy is one of the co-founders and CEOs of property developer ION. In only 10 years time, the company became one of the most innovative and fastest growing real estate developers in Belgium, now one of the largest property developers in the country. ION is active in both residential real estate as well as commercial property. It is also the first CO2-neutral real estate developer in the country. An expansion abroad is next on the corporate agenda. A subsidiary in Luxemburg was set up in Q1 2021 and in Amsterdam in Q4 2022.

Kristof is one of the co-founders and CEOs of property developer ION.
Prior to founding ION, Kristof was Business Development Manager at Eurinpro (2003-2005), Country Manager Central and Eastern Europe at Goodman (2005-2008) and later became Real Estate Development Director at Immobel (2008-2011).
Kristof holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering: Construction – Catholic University of Leuven (1998-2003) and a Master in General Management – Vlerick Business School (2003-2004). Additionally he also obtained a Postgraduate in Real Estate at the Catholic University of Leuven (2004-2005).
