      • Operators: The primary focus, is on investing in best-in-class operators leveraging asset-light, tech-enabled business models in specific niche asset classes.
      • Technology: To support diverse operators while leveraging in-house expertise and diversify the overall risk.
      • Real Estate: Once the scalability of the opertors and the depth of the asset class are established, dedicated PropCo vehicles for each vertical can be launched.
